“I have known Le-Ann for over 4 years. Le-Ann came to work at the Courtyard Youth Arts Centre as a temporary when we were without a manager or any other admin staff. Within a matter of days Le-Ann had proved herself very valuable in the way she took on the day to day running of the Centre and Managing the admin and finances, working on her own initiative. As Chairman of the Management Committee I was line manager, and I had no hesitation in recommended to the Management Committee that we should offer Le-Ann a permanent position as finance officer. Le-Ann went on to bring our finance and admin under control putting into place procedures to improve the running of the Centres finances.
